Shruti Haasan clarifies on her role in RV

Shruti-HassanWhile there is a buzz that Shruti Haasan might be playing a negative role in NTR starrer Ramayya Vastavayya from past few days, the multifaceted beauty has denied the reports and clarified on her role in RV film.

Shruti Haasan tweeted, “Contrary to reports I’m not playing a negative role in RVV its a special guest appearance and I hope you all enjoy the film and character!!.”

Ramayya Vastavayya directed by Harish Shankar casts Samantha as the leading lady. Dil Raju is the producer of Ramayya Vastavayya Telugu movie made on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Thaman is the music director for the film.

Ramayya Vastavayya is slated for a release worldwide on October 10 on a grand scale.

Young Tiger NTR is on signing spree and the actor’s diary looks jam-packed till 2014 end with big-budget promising films line-up.

NTR is currently busy with the most awaited Ramayya Vastavayya film in Harish Shankar direction under Dil Raju production banner Sri Venkateswara Creations banner with Samantha, Shruti Haasan as heroines. The expectations are quite high on the film and Ramayya Vastavayya teaser trailers are earning good craze.

Jr.NTR will soon join the sets of Kandireega director Santosh Srinivas directorial tentatively titled Rabhasa. Samantha is the heroine and Bellamkonda Suresh is the producer for this commercial entertainer. NTR will work with Mirchi director Koratala Siva soon.

The actor has also given nod to director Trivikram Srinivas which is one of the promising films while writer Vakkantham Vamsi will debut as director with NTR’s film and he is busy with script work. Adding to it there is buzz that Sukumar may direct a film with Young Tiger.

Beautiful Shruti Haasan appears to be enjoying back to back films in Bollywood with good fan base. The diva has recently signed her next movie titled ‘Welcome Back’.

Earlier, Asin was expected to play the lead which is now backed by Shruti Haasan. With the success of D-Day and Ramaiya Vastavaiya, Shruti Haasan will now pair opposite John Abraham in Welcome Back. Welcome Back will be directed by Anees Bazmee’s, which is sequel of Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starred superhit film Welcome.

Meanwhile Shruti Haasan, who has shot fame with Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh and Ravi Teja’s Balupu in Tollywood is busy shooting for Gabbar Singh 2 and Race Gurram, while Jr. NTR’s Ramayya Vastavayya and Ram Charan’s Yevadu are slated for release soon.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s forthcoming film Yevadu is set for a grand scale release on July 31. The shooting schedules have been wrapped up and now, the patch work has been wrapped up where Shruti Haasan has completed her portion.

The post-production works of the film are in brisk progress. Yevadu features Shruti Haasan and Amy Jackson as the leading ladies and Sai Kumar in the negative lead. Allu Arjun, Kajal Agarwal have done brief cameo roles.

Directed by Vamshi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, the action thriller has musical scores by Devi Sri Prasad and cinematography by Ram Prasad.

Ravi Teja’s Balupu next schedule in Portugal

raviteja_1Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s Balupu will fly to Portugal for canning songs in the film. The songs shoot will take place in the capital city of Portugal Lisbon. Balupu marks the first Telugu flick to be shot in Lisbon.

Balupu is a commercial entertainer with Ravi Teja playing the mass characterization. Shruti Haasan will be seen in ultramodern look in the film, while Anjali the other leading lady will be seen as a medico.

The big-budget lavish film is being produced by Prasad V Potluri on PVP Cinemas banner and Gopichand Malineni is wielding the megaphone for the movie. Thaman is the music composer. Balupu was earlier shot in Hyderabad and Vizag. The film is expected to hit the screens in May.

Multifaceted beauty Shruti Haasan has joined the sets of her next film Yevadu that has Mega Power Star Ram Charan in the lead role. Yevadu marks the first combination of Ram Charan and Shruti Haasan and the shoot is currently progressing in Hyderabad.

Yevadu also casts Amy Jackson and the portions including her were earlier canned in Vizag and other areas. Allu Arjun and Kajal Agarwal are doing guest roles in this Vamsi Paidipally directorial being produced by Dil Raju on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Scarlet Wilson sizzled for a special item song. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the film.

Kamal Haasan and his daughter Shruti Haasan are set to share the screen for a new film to be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi trilingual versions. Kamal has informed recently that the story is all ready and the project will take off once Shruti’s Hindi as a lead actress hits the screens.

Shruti Haasan has notable releases in the form of “7th Sense” with Suriya and “3” with Dhanush while her Telugu film Gabbar Singh has turned blockbuster hit. Shruti Haasan is busy with a couple of Telugu films Yevadu and Balupu while she is shooting for her Hindi film taking shape in the hands of choreographer turned director Prabhudeva.

On the other hand, Kamal Haasan is waiting for the release of his magnum opus Vishwaroopam for Pongal that is directed and produced by him.

Actress Shruti Haasan has joined the shooting schedules of her forthcoming Telugu movie Balupu casting Ravi Teja in the lead role.

“Having a great first day on the sets of balupu! Completely different experience for me! Such a lovely team, feeling charged,” tweeted Shruti Haasan.

Scenes on Ravi Teja and Shruti Haasan are currently being canned in Hyderabad schedule, taking shape in the hands of director Gopichand Malineni. Prasad V Potluri is the producer of Balupu film making it under PVP Cinemas banner. Anjali is playing the other heroine that has musical scores by SS Thaman.
