Manju inaugurated Rima Kallingal’s dance school ‘Mamangam’

Rima Kallingal’s dream ‘Mamangam’ was inaugurated by Manju Warrier. Along with Manju and Rima many other prominent dancers also graced the occasion. The function was held at Aashiq Abu’s Cafe Papaya yesterday. Aashiq was also present at the function.

Mamangam aims at providing training in different dance forms. Kuchipudi, Bharatanatyam, Kalari, Hip Hop, and the Brazilian dance form Capoeira are the varieties on which courses and training are offered initially.

At a later stage, the school aims to add many other dance forms also. Udaya and Punarjani are the two courses offered for children and matured women respectively.

Manju wished Rima the best in her new endeavor. Rima thanked her friends for their love and support all through.

Rima Kallingal to start a dance school

RimaKallin_30Actress Rima Kallingal is planning to start a dance school. The name of the school is Mamangam. The school will give training in Bharathnatyam, Kuchipudi, Kalari, and Yoga.

Rima is busy with the related precedent works in connection with the opening the school. She has started a workshop to have a professional approach towards dance.

The name of the institution – Mamangam – itself is very much related to the culture of Kerala. Rima Kallingal is planning to start this school as soon as possible.
