‘Bangalore Days’ fame Paris Laxmi is the heroine. She plays Helena, a foreigner married to a Malayali played by Biju Menon.

Dulquer is playing the hero (along with Unni Mukundan) in Lal Jose’s Vikramadityan. He is playing a rough and tough youth named Adityan. Dulquer is currently flying high after the super success of Bangalore Days.
Anjali Menon’s multi-starrer movie ‘Bangalore Days’ is being remade into other languages. The well known production firm P V P Productions has bought the remake rights of the movie in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
The discussions regarding the actors in the Tamil and Telugu versions are going on. Samantha, Bharath, and Arya are being considered to do the roles played by Nazriya Nazim, Nivin Pauly, and Dulquer Salman respectively in the Malayalam movie.
The other actors are yet to be decided. The movie is planned to be made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu.
The Malayalam movie casts Dulquer Salman, Nivin Pauly, Fahad Fazil, Nazriya Nazim, Parvathy Menon, Isha Talwar, and Nitya Menon in the main roles. The main attraction of the movie was also this long list of promising actors.
Nivin Pauly who is riding high on his hat trick success has a number of upcoming projects. His recent projects, Abrid Shine’s ‘1983’ and Jude Antony’s ‘Om Santhi Osana’ were super hit movies. Anjali Menon’s youth movie ‘Bangalore Days’ is running successfully in packed houses.
Nivin Pauly has a number of upcoming movies. Rajesh Pillai’s female-centric movie ‘Mili’ with Amala Paul in the lead role is getting ready for release. Nivin does a strong character in this movie as a personality development trainer.
This will be followed by ‘Premam’ directed by Alphonse Puthren and produced by Anwar Rasheed. Another movie scripted by Vineeth and Abrid Shine’s new flick also include the list of Nivin Pauly’s forthcoming movies.
Nivin Pauly who makes a careful selection of his filmography said that he loves to do villain roles if the role has scope for performance.
The multi-star movie ‘Bangalore Days’ is making history in its box office collection. ‘Bangalore Days’ becomes the Malayalam movie to get the highest collection in the first week of release. Even ‘Drishyam’ could not achieve this feat within the first week of its release. Thus Anjali Menon’s youthful movie has surpassed even the collection records of ‘Drishyam’ during the first week of release.
Within the first week itself the movie made a collection of Rs 10 crores. Within two weeks itself, ‘Bangalore Days’ have made a gross collection which is more than any other movies released in 2014. From the centers outside Kerala, the movie has collected around Rs 50 lakhs within the first one week.
The story, script, and direction are done by Anjali Menon and the movie is produced by directed Anwar Rasheed. Fahad Fazil, Dulquer Salman, Nivin Pauly, Nazriya Nazim, Parvathy Menon, Isha Talwar, and Nitya Menon are the main actors in this movie.
For Malayalam cinema, it seems year 2014 belongs to Nivin Pauly. Nivin Pauly is riding high on his hat trick hits ‘1983’, ‘Om Shanti Osana’, and the latest ‘Bangalore Days’. He has proved that from the lover boy image he has come a long way and is capable of doing versatile roles whether its humor or sentiments.
In ‘1983’ he played the role of a parent, who through his son, tries to achieve the aspirations and dreams that he could not achieve on his own. In ‘Om Shanti Osana’ he played a matured youth who stick on to his own values and principles. But it is in ‘Bangalore Days’ he proved beyond doubt that he can handle humor with ease and elan.
In fact his stellar performance has been one of the highlights of the movie which is running in packed houses. Accolades are pouring in from all corners; meanwhile Mammootty and Satyan Anthikkad have also heaped praises on him for his great performance in the movie.

Nivin is also making a cameo appearance in Lal Jose’s ‘Vikramadityan’ which has Dulquer Salman and Unni Mukundan in the lead roles.
Director Anwar Rasheed is now enjoying a different role, that of a producer. His first production venture, ‘Bangalore Days’, written and directed by Anjali Menon, is running in packed houses receiving positive reviews from both critics and viewers alike.
Anwar Rasheed who enjoys being a producer will next produce ‘Premam’ to be directed by Alphonse Puthren. Alphonse Puthren’s debut movie ‘Neram’, a bilingual film in Malayalam and Tamil with Nivin Pauly and Nazriya Nazim in the lead roles, was a commercial success.
‘Premam’ will have the same team of ‘Neram’ with Nivin Pauly as the hero. The heroine will be a new face. Reports say, the director of the romantic comedy film ‘Om Santhi Osana’, Jude Antony, will also act in ‘Premam’.
